In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "u786" or "the Platform" refers to the online gambling service operated at u786.bet, including all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, and sub-domains.

• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list — whether operated by u786 or a third-party responsible gambling organisation — at the time of registration or play.

Each individual may register only one Account on u786. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You undertake to update your account information promptly if any of it changes. u786 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

u786 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason. u786 may also require enhanced due diligence documentation from any Player at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.

u786 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the Player selects an alternative supported currency.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your u786 Account within minutes of successful processing by the payment provider. u786 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has previously been used to make a deposit on your Account.
• u786 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding PKR 50,000 per transaction or PKR 200,000 per calendar month.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours during business hours.
• u786 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

u786 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. u786 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

All bets placed on u786 are governed by the sport-specific and game-specific rules published on the platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific rules of a game or sport, the specific rules shall prevail.

The following general betting rules apply across all u786 Services:

• A bet is confirmed only when u786's system registers and acknowledges it. Screen captures alone do not constitute confirmation of a bet.
• u786 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect or erroneous price due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error on the part of u786 or its third-party data providers.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability and reliability of the live data feed. u786 may suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day are set by u786 and may vary by sport, market, and Player account tier. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• u786 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any Player who is deemed to be a professional bettor or whose betting activity is assessed to be detrimental to the integrity of u786's markets.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on u786 and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on u786, whether in your own name or under any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, including systematically placing opposing bets to exploit differences in odds between u786 and other platforms.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or market.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with u786.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of u786's systems.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug are void and must be returned.

u786 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and never a source of financial hardship, personal distress, or family conflict. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which the platform will prompt you to take a break.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from u786. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the minimum period selected (no less than 6 months).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the u786 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Create derivative works based on u786's platform, design, or software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, u786 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any part of it, including interruptions caused by technical failure, maintenance, or events outside u786's reasonable control.
• Any errors or inaccuracies in odds, scores, statistics, or other data displayed on the platform that are sourced from third-party data providers.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account that occurs as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any gambling losses incurred during use of the platform, which are an inherent and accepted risk of gambling activity.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit u786's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
